  • What has been your career path?
    • After completion of my Graduation in Electrical Engineering, I  joined a distributor of automation products as Inside Sales & Marketing engineer, in charge of promotion activities . I joined Yantra- Rexel in as Senior Inside Sales Executive in 2014 when the Chandigarh branch was started.
  • What are your current responsibilities?
    • Coordinating every day with sales team and maintains their daily visit reports and visit plans. Taking care of pre sales/ post sales requirements of esteemed customers. Taking care of Monthly performance calls and monthly and annual sales forecasts. Sending proposals to customers and taking follow up’s with sales engineers and customer’s to get orders. After getting orders prepares margin calculation sheets and processing those orders to logistics teams for further ordering/dispatching the material. And also using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool to save the database of customers and creating opportunities on daily basis.
  • What inspires you in your work?
    • I love that my current role has an eternal impact. I love that each day is new and different, and there’s a new challenge and new people to work with. And it’s great that I’m helping by offering a service to them. The strength of our ideas and our teamwork – born out of our diversity – played an important part in that achievement.
