- What has been your career path?
- I joined Yantra – Rexel in 2011 as Inside Sales Executive just after completing my MBA ( Marketing) from Pune University in 2011. In 2014, I have been promoted to Senior Inside Sales and my role has been extended to cover CRM activities.
- What are your current responsibilities?
- I am responsible for all the quotations and vendor registrations related work, which require diligence and accuracy. I also handle the CRM software and extract the adequate funnel reporting information for my sales colleagues and our manufacturer partners.
- What inspires you in your work?
- My constitution towards work is what inspires me a lot. I always ask myself ‘What do I hope to achieve if I take on this assignment?’ I always Check it again: “Day By Day In Every Way I Am Getting Better and Better’’
